On May 14th, Chef Sorensen traveled to New York with four other top chefs from Denver to be featured at the James Beard Foundation. The foundation's mission is to preserve American culinary history, and to be featured as a chef there is quite an honor. This was be Goose's second appearance at the foundation. He is the only chef from Wyoming to receive such an honor.
